| I process all orders within 2 - 3 weeks. Most items in my store are made to order, in the size and color that you choose. Your order may take up to 3 weeks to construct *BUT* I usually have them shipped out in under two weeks. This depends on how many orders I have. I ship everything ground, which usually takes 10 - 14 business days outside of Canada. If you would like faster shipping, I can research the pricing for you and ship your item any way you choose (Overnight, 3 Days, 5 Days, Etc.) If you would like a tracking #, you will have to pay for it. They are not included in ground shipping costs. I will always notify you when your item has been shipped! I am always on top of my orders and shipping, promise! <3 |
